• No traffic, no commuting, no barriers. We deliver classes straight to the palm of your hand with trainer interaction to make sure you're performing the exercises safely and effectively. 

• Classes available to book 7 days in advance, use our simple app to manage your classes and schedule.

• Classes designed for all levels of fitness, small class sizes allow for a personal approach to you as an individual.

• Monthly membership contract with only one months notice if you decide to move on. 

• Expert trainer support to guide you with your training. 

• Virtual Personal training available to give you guidance, motivation and accountability.
