It's all about the gym in this 30 day programme. Have you ever wanted to spend more time working on your strength and movement but not really had an idea of what you should be doing or how often? We've taken care of that for you, with 3x per week resistance based workouts and then 1x HIIT workout and 1x Core workout, we have structured a programme to make sure you're covering all the angles. There are 2 levels to this programme to ensure everyone can join this programme and receive maximum value, with added cardio programming levels across the 30 days too. Join this programme and start when your ready with this self managed, self paced programme! Our app sets out daily steps and workouts for you to complete so that you can manage your workouts around your lifestyle. You'll also receive trainer support!
